Children are welcome at the villa but must always be supervised by adults, especially around the swimming pool, balconies and stairs.

The property is not childproof and the owner assumes no responsibility for accidents caused by lack of supervision.

Children must never be left unattended anywhere on the property, including the pool area, balconies and stairs.

Use of the swimming pool is entirely at guests' own risk. Children must always be accompanied by an adult when using the pool area.

Access to technical areas, rooftops and maintenance rooms is strictly prohibited.
